We stayed here in Spring a couple of years ago. We still talk about the stunning sunrises that we were able to watch from the table on our terrace outside the cottage; they were extraordinary. It
really was like you'd stepped into a paradise holiday brochure. It was a long walk around to the entrance to the conservation area coastline (a quick drive though), but well worth it. The cottage
itself is well equipped and tastefully decorated. We cooked a couple of meals using fantastic local produce, but the restaurants in the local town a few minutes drive away provide a good choice of
price and eating. My friend had been unwell, and it was just the tonic he needed, but it gave us both unforgettable images. We used it as a base to visit temples and countryside, but it was always a
joy to come 'home'. I would highly recommend. -
The view from the terrace was the best I have experienced and was a definate highlight of the stay. The apartment was lovely and kept spotlessly clean by the very efficient and friendly staff. The
owner was very welcoming and happy to provide any assistance required. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone visit Sicily. -

because the opposite is true of Palms and Spas. This is a case of the photos not doing justice to this holiday abode, which is really quite stunning! -
Very different to that of the majority of accommodation found in San Vito, it is special for many reasons but the main one being its stunning location looking out onto the bay, sitting in terrace
late on in the evening with a glass of fizz and hearing the sea is truly magical. -
We stayed for 2 weeks in September in this magical house and it is a cold day in NYC now and I am DREAMING about this house. It certainly cast a complete spell over me. Peaceful,lovely- for days all
I could do was lie in bed and read and watch the sea outside the bedroom window and listen to the gentle rolling of the smooth rocks on the cliff below as the waves broke on the shore. We cooked,
read, relaxed, swam. Morning jaunts into the charming village was a daily routine and EVERYONE was lovely and accomodating! We rented a car and toured around that area - a great place to explore. I
will certainly return and will not rest until I DO!
There was NO reason ever to leave this incredible house!

Wir haben im Mai 2014 eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem sehr schönen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienappartment verbracht. Die Besitzer haben in ihrer Beschreibung nicht zuviel
versprochen. Für Selbstverpfleger sind genügend Supermärkte vorhanden sowie jede Menge guter Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Auto ist allerdings ein Muss, da die Wohnung ländlich gelegen ist.
Der traumhafte Blick von der Terrasse ist kaum zu übertreffen und trägt wesentlich zur Erholung bei. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Vorbereitung durch den Vermieter, der auch jederzeit während unseres
Aufenthaltes zu erreichen gewesen wäre. Für Erholungssuchende können wir diese Wohnung bestens weiterempfehlen. -
What an amazing villa, hospitality and service! A great place to stay, great views, away from the hussle and bustle but central to lots of great spots. Our hosts could not have been more helpful! We
got help with taxis, restaurants, quads and tour booking were all too easy. Their great local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable.
A truly memorable experience.Nothing was too much trouble, you will fall in love with the villa, your hosts and their hospitality. We will be back! -
This is a wonderful place to stay,everything you could possibly need in a beautiful setting. Our party consisted of 6 and we were very comfortable and looked after by Camilla from the minute we
arrived and were picked up at the airport. The fridge was stocked with a few essentials including a bottle of champagne for our daughters 30th birthday,a lovely surprise.
The house is roomy with lots of outdoor space and also very peaceful away from the hustle and bustle. A wonderfull view!
From the minute I booked the house Domenico answered any queries promptly and everything went smoothly from start to finish,I would certainly recommend the Casale. -
Auf dem Gelände findet sich zu jeder Tageszeit ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen.
Der Vermieter steht immer für Fragen zur Verfügung und gibt nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge , Wander- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war der Hammer Ausblick zum Meer und generell ein sehr
sauberes Appartment. Wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht. Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder! -
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub mit unseren Söhnen in der Casale.
Casale liegt ganz wunderbar und der Garten ist unglaublich schön. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wie beschrieben in fünf Minuten erreichbar.
Danke Domenico fürs perfekte Saubermachen und für deine liebevolle Hilfe, als wir einen Arzt brauchten. Es war super, für Kinder . Das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse mit der Aussicht auf die
Bucht . Da hat man gar nicht das Bedürfnis den Abend an einem anderen Ort zu verbringen. Das wildromantische Casale..es wird uns unvergesslich bleiben!danke nochmal für alles! -
Casale is indeed uniquely located – it was even better then we expected after having seen the photos.
This is romance how it should be...a typical Sicilian house at the edge of a cliff with amazing view of the sea.
The interior of the house is very nice. The place is perfect for having a BBQ at the terrace. With fresh fish that you can buy from fishermen.
Everything was unique. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. -
We stayed at this Casale and it's simply amazing. The pictures certainly give a good idea on the beauty of the place but don't capture it all. You must go and see for yourself the sunsets, the
view...It certainly is a magical place. Very close to the San Vito City. All was excellent and a vacation to remember forever. -
My friends and I recently spent two fabulous weeks here. The Casale's location is ideal. The views are amazing, mystical and magical. The villa itself is spacious,quiet, well-maintianed and fully
equipped with everything you'll need for a perfect holiday. I'm a frequent visitor to San Vito Lo Capo and have stayed in numerous hotels and private homes. This was the best by far! I look forward
to returning for another stay in this wonderful home. -

réserve naturelle dello Zingaro, Segesta, Trapani, Erice, les îles Egadi et bien sûr Palerme, magnifique. Un très beau séjour. -

This place was just what we were looking for. The Casale is near the sea. You can hear the sound! These apartments were so lovely, surrounded by beautifull garden where we spent hours enjoying the
natural spa!

This is a great destination! We can highly recommend this property at this area of Sicily. My little family and me have been there for our holidays. The property is situated in a beautifull bay with
a fantastic view . Sea and uncontaminated nature. An earthly paradise just 3 km away of San San Vito where you find Bars, Restaurant, Supermarkets etc.
You only need around 25 minutes by car from Trapani airport.
The appartement was clean and had everything you need for every days life. A big BBQ.
The owners are very kind and cooperative people and do everything to make your stay comfortable.
At first Domenico made a tour with me and showed me all the entrances to the beaches. There are around 8 beaches one more beautiful than the other in the near of the property reachable by car within
15 minutes.
The position of the property is perfect. It is near the Zingaro Reserve.

Aspettative assolutamente superate. il Casale è molto più bello di quello che sembra nelle foto, incantevole la vista sul mare, tranquillità assicurata, proprietario disponibile e simpatico. La casa
si trova nella parte più bella di San Vito, la più verde, la vista dalla terrazza è mozzafiato! L''appartamento è confortevole sia per spazi, sia per allestimento interno. E' necassario noleggiare un
mezzo di trasporto sia per poter andare a fare la spesa, sia per visitare le meravigliose spiagge. Noi ci torniamo! -
La vila est splendide. On y entend que la mer, la vue est magnifique, l''environnement exceptionnel. C''est propre et on dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. La description et les photos sur homeaway
ne réussissent pas à rendre la chaleureuse beauté de la maison et du site. Nous y retournerons sûrement! -
Casale ist ein zauberhafter Ort. Der Panoramablick ist spannend. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet und liegt in einer wunderschönen natürlichen Umgebung, Sie nur 100 m vom Meer entfernt, aber
nahe dem Zentrum von San Vito Lo Capo. Wir verbrachten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. -

Villan ligger i ett fantastiskt läge, bara några hundra meter från havet. Det ligger på en vacker vik och har en magnifik utsikt. Platsen är tyst, blåsig nog att klara sommarvärmen. Från klipporna
ser huset du kan bada i det klara vattnet i havet i San Vito. Stranden är dock mycket nära. Huset är utrustat med precis vad som helst, från uppsättningen för sömnad hårtork i varje badrum, och det
är också mycket funktionell: utomhus områden är rymliga och välutrustade, köket är verkligen super-utrustade. Ägarna är en utsökt vänlighet och tillgängliga för all information, förslag eller
problem. Jag rekommenderar det. -
Uno dei posti più incantevoli che abbia mai visto. Tutto molto bello.. Sul mare, davanti ad un golfo fantastico,lontani dal caos ed immersi nella rigogliosa natura circostante delle palme nane, con
una visuale fantastica sul mare di cui puoi sentire il rumore ed il profumo semplicemente affacciandoti dalla tua camera da letto appena sveglio o prendendo un aperitivo seduto in terrazzo! Un luogo
unico ed impagabile! Una pace surreale ma a soli 2 un km ci sono alimentari, ristoranti e negozi, il mare è proprio davanti al Casale! Dentro camere confortevoli, ben rifinite, con ogni confort e
molto pulite, posto da sogno! Aspettative superate abbondantemente!.

We had a great holiday at Casale. Once you visit this place you have to come back. We stayed for one week and found this place our home from home.Breathtaking sea view remind you every morning where
you are.The Villa was very comfortable and clean and it had everything you would want to make your holiday perfect. There were 5 in our family and there was plenty of room when we were getting ready
to go out in the evening. We also had a couple of barbecues and the views from the terrace were breathtaking. We would definitely recommend this Villa and are hoping to go back in the not too distant
future. -
Staying at Casale was the best decision we could have make. The owner Domenico was such a nice host. From welcoming when we arrived and during all the time he was helpful and very nice! The Villas
are very clean and so nice decorated. The design is minimal and nice. Everything you need is available and full equipped in every house. The VIEW is not just a view but it is breathtaking. At Casale
you feel like you are home......We are going back next year of sure. Thank you Domenico for a wonderful vacation! -
Wir hatten in Casale wundervolle Tage. Die Ferienwohnung sowie die gesamte Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und völlig ausreichend. Casale befindet sich nahe dem Dorfkern. Ein lauschiger Innenhof mit
Sitzecken schafft eine entspannte Atmosphäre.
Es ist sehr viel Platz da, eine sehr gute und praktische Kücheneinrichtung einfache aber gemütliche Betten und die schönste Terasse, die man sich wünschen kann mit einem Blick über den auf das Meer.
Alles ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum des Ortes. Das kann sehr schön sein, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Wir freuen uns schon auf September denn dann kommen wir wieder! -
Just loved it! All of us just loved it!
This house is even more beautiful in person! We could have brought several more families with us =). The decor was darling and we are so happy we chose to stay here. Domenico puts in a lot of hours
on her job but she was always able to respond to me quickly whenever I had a question. This house is away from all the craziness of the wonderful nearby towns. We would choose this house over and
over again!
Very clean ,great views from all terraces,speedy wifi, lots of rooms for privacy, this was like home away from home!
We have stayed only for a week,that is the only sad story..

We couldn't have been happier with our stay, It is beautifully tucked away in a quiet, peaceful and scenic part of San Vito. The location was perfect, a 5 minute drive to restaurants, beaches and the
market. The house was clean and cozy. Domenico the property manager went above and beyond, assisting us with car rental, transportation to and from the airport, and printing boarding passes for our
return trip. We arrived at 8:00 am and the kitchen was stocked with water, bread, cheese, eggs, juice, milk and beer and wine for us! I couldn't imagine a more perfect place to spend our time in
Sicily, the most beautiful place in the world! -
My stay was truly wonderful at this property. Domenico personally had everything arranged for me and my friends upon arrival. The villa was spectacular with beautiful interior design and the most
breathtaking views . The location of the property was ideally suited for us (quiet and private with less tourists, but close to many beaches and wherever the action is ). If you want a dream place ,
spectacular views and best friendlier host and service this is the villa to stay in San Vito .Would return and highly recommend! -
The views from this house are absolutely amazing. Everywhere you look you want to take a photo. Domenico was wonderful in helping us to decide where to go and what to do. We did a catamaran cruise
one day that was amazing- just the four of us on a catamaran for the day, the crew was fabulous and we had an outstanding meal on the boat.
The Casale is nice, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine as well. We got off to a rocky start with some housekeeping items, but Domenico quickly got it corrected. San Vito Lo Capo is
absolutely amazing. As others have said the view from the patio is well worth the price of the house. A must stay place! -
As you contemplate the stunning view, you realise it is better than pictures.
We stayed here for our Honeymoon. We could not have picked a better place.
The apartments are soo classy, spotless, and the view is just amazing. The Casale is a very romantic place.
Very private, far enough away from the village, but near enough to the shops, perfect location.
Would I recommend this as a place to stay for complete relaxation in high quality accommodation with excellent service in a stunning location.
The owner, Domenico, is the perfect host. He's there whenever he's needed, but very discreet, nothing was too much trouble for him.
Its a MUST for anyone that wants a Luxury getaway, with amazing weather, views, and a beautiful location.

On arrival, your are blown away by the breathtaking view, the beauty of the villa and its magical atmosphere. We were received like princes and princesses. Being a large group we appreciated the
possibility to be all together around the terraces where one can find complete privacy. The situation of the Casale is unique at the end of the village (quiet and peaceful) but close enough from
restaurants, bars, shopping and San Vito's night life. We left the place with broken hearts and wish we can come back one day. It is worth mentioning also the (beyond duty) friendly and efficient
staff. -
Wir (Ehepaar mit kleinem Kind) haben Ferien in diesem Haus im August und September (11 Tage) verbracht.
Für die Zeit dort gibt es nur ein Wort: Fantastisch.
Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist es für uns allein schon Wert gewesen. Denn morgens mit diesem Blick aufzustehen und dann den Abend mit Meeresblick und Mondschein ausklingen zu lassen, ist etwas
Besonderes. Alles Weitere in der Wohnung war absolut OK und im Top-Zustand.
Wir haben direkt vor dem Haus geschnorchelt und auch wie viele andere Familien mit kleinem Kind (3 Jahre) natürlich auch den wunderschönen und herrlichen Strand von San Vito genutzt, der nur wenige
Fahrtminuten (5 min) entfernt ist, also beides toll und prima in jeglicher Hinsicht.
Zum Vermieter können wir nur eines sagen: Wir können uns keinen freundlicheren, entgegenkommenderen und gleichzeitig respektvolleren Vermieter vorstellen. Er hat dieser Zeit einen ganz besonderen
Touch gegeben und uns immer wieder mit seiner freundlichen und feinen, nicht aufdringlichen und doch sehr aufmerksamen Art zur Seite gestanden und uns den Urlaub auch im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes
versüßt. Vielen lieben Dank!
5 volle Sterne für alles. Gerne empfehlen wir wärmstens dieses Appartement weiter und hoffen dort bald wieder schöne Tage verbringen zu können! -

We had an absolutely wonderful time at your villa in San Vito. It was a perfect location and perfect place for our two families, and we were all very happy. The Villa was absolutely more than we
expected and worth it. The location of this gem was spectacular, views were out of this world facing the sea, the beautiful blue sea. Accommodations were superb, offering well appointed bedrooms,
living rooms, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms. Imagine getting up every morning and sitting outside with cup of Sicilian coffee or local wine, we couldn't ask for more. Your staff there were
attentive and helpful, but not obtrusive, and we will be happy to recommend your place to many of our friends. Thank you for the chance to spend a glorious week. We will be back -
Incomparable view and fantastic landscape.
Casale is in a quiet setting, with beautiful views, a lovely garden and great facilities. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well maintained.The large patio was wonderful for eating, relaxing,
drawing and painting, and for just taking in the beautiful area - I could have spent the entire week sitting out there! Looking out over the lemon tree from the side patio was a joy and we had a
couple of lovely evenings barbecueing over wood fires in the large outdoor oven.
The walking in the area was superb. As we arrived before the start of the season, very few shops or tavernas were open in the area, but one small supermarket was open which had everything we needed
on a day to day basis. We stocked up with basics in a big supermarket in San Vito Town when we first arrived, on the suggestion of the owner, which was a very good idea, and cheaper than buying
everything locally.
Domenico who manage the villa could not have been more helpful.
There are some very good places of interest in the area - the Zingaro Natural Reserve is a must.
We loved it here, will certainly return and would thoroughly recommend the Casale to anyone. -
The property was magnificent. It was perfectly located in San Vito area. The accommodations were stunning. The views of the sea were the best of our sicilian tour. I would highly recommend this
property to friends and relatives and I hope to return soon.
By far the best place I ever went :
- unbelievable view
- the beauty of the villa (combination of sicilian traditional architecture and modern amenities)
- absolute privacy
- large rooms and terraces
- friendly and super efficient manager and concierge service
- impeccably clean
Will certainly recommend it to anybody who wants to go to San Vito Lo Capo. They could not find better.
